The room with a fridge a microwave. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within walking distance of a so-called museum.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome.
I was highly disappointed with our room assignment. We had specifically requested side-by-side rooms, but upon arrival, the receptionist said it couldn't be accommodated. It was annoying to be so far apart , as we had reserved rooms together well in advance.

Salem's food scene is wild! I hit up The Lobster Shanty for some fresh seafood, and oh man, it was a treat! Plus, the cozy lobby at the Hampton Inn was always a nice spot to chill after a day of snacking and wandering. Can't forget the free breakfast. It kept me fueled for more culinary exploration!
Only hiccup, housekeeping was on request, so I was lugging trash out every day. A heads-up would've been nice, especially after two days without fresh towels. Just a little tweak and it would have shone brighter!

The queen room was spacious and quiet, great for a relaxing stay without needing a car. The staff were friendly and helpful, actively enhancing the experience. While the breakfast options were plentiful, the bacon was unappetizing. The bedframe made noise with movement, which could be distracting at night.
